RATE: The agreed upon amount is per day with overtime after 10 hours, double time after 12 hours and triple time after 16 hours
WORK DAYS: All day rates are based on a ten-hour working day. Time is recorded in full hour increments.
TRAVEL DAYS: Travel Days are paid as a full day (10-hour) Rate.
OVERTIME: Overtime is calculated at the time & one half of agreed upon day rate and is paid for hours worked in excess of ten.
DOUBLE TIME: Paid for hours worked in excess of twelve until released.
MEAL BREAKS: Only one full one-hour meal breaks are considered as time “Off-The-Clock”. Half hour meal breaks are not deducted. A maximum of one hour per workday and all subsequent brakes will be on the clock.
MEAL PENALTY: Meal penalties will be assessed after five consecutive hours with no break. Meal penalty is one hour of pay added for each hour worked until a meal break is provided.
SHORT-TURNAROUND: A short turnaround occurs when less than an 8-hour break is given. In the event that any commuting to the venue is required, sa hort turnaround will be 9 hours. The rate upon return is at Double Time (2X) and will continue until a full 8-hour break is provided. If the call-back on Short Turn is less than 10 hours, a minimum of ten double time hours will be billed.
DARK DAYS: Dark Days are paid as a full-day (10-hour) rate for travel positions.
PER DIEM: A Per Diem will be paid depending on the IRS meals expenses cost on a city by city basis.
EXPENSES: Expenses will be billed for all transportation to and from departure airport from the project city airport to venue, baggage fees and transportation to and from hotel and venue if not in walking distance.
FLIGHTS: It is preferable for EB Video Specialists, Inc. to book flight and bill for reimbursement. With prior notice, other arrangements are acceptable.
MILEAGE: In the event of travel by car, mileage will be billed at current government standard.
HOTEL: Hotel and taxes will be provided by the client or fully reimbursed with a submitted invoice for all job-related expenses.
All terms and conditions are negotiable before bookings but will be adhered to once booked!
